To harness this, the SEEN method guides you through four steps: first, Sense those memories with your senses; second, Experience the emotions tied to those memories fully; third, Embody the confidence and energy of that authentic self physically; and finally, Navigate your daily life through this lens, making choices as your true self would. This practice is not merely theoretical—it's a tool to rebuild your self-awareness and confidence from the ground up.
