Fat has long been a paradox in our lives —
But fat is not just a foe; it is an essential friend. It is one of the three macronutrients our bodies require for survival, alongside carbohydrates and proteins. Fat is woven into the very fabric of our cells, forming membranes that protect and structure them. It insulates us, storing energy for times when food is scarce, and transports vital fat-soluble vitamins like A, D, E, and K. Without fat, our bodies simply cannot function.

When we gain weight, these cells expand, and when we lose weight, they shrink. This is why maintaining weight loss requires continuous effort — the fat cells remain, ready to swell again if the balance tips.
